Regional election observation intelligence for East and Horn of Africa.
EHORN Virtual Election Situation Room is designed to help member organizations monitor electoral environments, document incidents, coordinate observer information, strengthen regional solidarity, and convert observation findings into timely public communication and evidence-based reform advocacy.
A regional platform for credible observation, early warning and democratic accountability.
The goal is to move beyond isolated country observation missions into a connected regional system where member organizations can learn from one another, monitor risks, document election experiences, publish verified updates, and support reforms grounded in evidence.
What the Situation Room enables
The platform gives EHORN a modern public window for tracking election contexts, verified updates, situation messages, observer inputs, media links, KoboToolbox submissions, incident summaries and country-level election intelligence.
As the network grows, each member country can have its own landing page, live dashboard, archive, public updates and structured reporting pathway.
How information flows
Start with five countries, expand as the network grows.
Each country card opens its situation room landing page. More EHORN member countries can be added through the database and will automatically appear here.
