Observation Across the Electoral Cycle

EHORN supports observation before, during and after elections.

Credible election observation is not limited to polling day. EHORN promotes a full-cycle approach that tracks legal reforms, voter registration, campaign conduct, civic space, media environment, election security, voting, counting, tallying, dispute resolution and implementation of recommendations.

This approach helps members detect, deter and document challenges affecting electoral integrity.
